Do you accept my insurance?

What if I have no health insurance?
Payment plans are not a problem, and Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express are welcomed. We are determined to provide you with expert health care at affordable fees. We even offer a time of service discount for those who do not have or wish to use insurance. RDH iEverydayCare is also available.
What is Arrowhead Health Centers' 'Time of Service Discount?'
Much of the cost associated with a doctor’s visit is due to the staff time needed to administer insurance plans. So, for those patients who choose not to use insurance benefits, we pass on the administrative savings by offering a 40% discount on several services when paid at the time of service. For example, you would pay under $45 for chiropractic services at the time of your visit.

I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment.
All we ask is that you please inform us of your cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment. Your advance notice of cancellation is a courtesy to Arrowhead Health Centers and all of our patients, as our health care team works hard to accommodate everyone as quickly as possible.
